    Description

    Position Summary

    The Account Manager role is all about driving growth for accounts in the territory. This means not only boosting the existing accounts but also creating strong relationships with customers, positioning Caris as the top choice for tumor profiling, and helping to acquire new accounts. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diagnostics, and proven success in account management and fostering growth.

    Job Responsibilities


    • Collaborate with Customers, Client Service Partners, and other key personnel to provide top-notch customer support
    • Promote Caris solutions to customers and ensure customer retention
    • Evaluate customer sites to strategize revenue improvement
    • Present Caris technology solutions and stay updated on competitive products
    • Maintain communication with key accounts and meet set targets and goals
    • Provide support in meetings and trade shows
    • Support physicians with ordering processes and report interpretation

    Required Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum 3 years of successful Sales/Account Management experience required
    • Strong decision-making skills and ability to communicate effectively
    • General understanding of business policies
    • Willingness to travel and spend time meeting with clients
      • Individuals must successfully pass pre-employment checks.


      Preferred Qualifications


      • MBA preferred
      • Experience in Pharma, Medical Device, or Diagnostics
      • Background in Oncology

      Physical Demands


      • Ability to sit/stand for long periods
      • May need to lift office supplies and use standard equipment

      Required Training


      • Job-specific, safety, and compliance training provided

      Other


      • Some travel, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required

      Annual Hiring Range

      $95,000 - $115,000


      Actual compensation offer may vary based on factors like location, experience, and education.

      Pay ratio between base pay and target incentive finalized at offer.
