    WE ARE HIRING
    We are looking for a

    Construction Project Manager

    to join our positive team of team members

    Our company is a powerhouse team focused on providing exceptional outdoor living spaces for our clients to better their lives and build stronger relationships.

    We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our rock-star team with the goal of increasing authority for our flagship company and cultivating relationships in our current advertising markets.

    Here is what winning looks like in this role:
    Maintain a high quality customer experience from start to finish
    Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
    Allocate resources for assigned projects
    Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
    Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
    Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
    Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
    Input customer data into company software for the office to follow up with
    Develop relationships with subcontractors
    Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

    Skills needed to win:
    Honest, Clean Cut, and Positive Attitude.
    Excited to talk with people and interact with potential customers.
    Highly collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
    Strong, professional all-around presentation of him/her.
    Experience in Construction Background
    Strong project management skills
    Strong leadership qualities
    Deadline and detail-oriented
