    Description

    Apex Systems is in search of the perfect match to take on the role of overseeing, organizing, and executing projects within the established budget, timeline, and scope. Additionally, the candidate will efficiently keep track of project advancements and present updates to key stakeholders, clients, or Marketing team members.

    Title: Project Manager III

    Client: Amazon

    Contract Length: 8 months

    Pay Rate: $69 an hour

    Shift: Mon-Fri with occasional travel

    Anticipated Start Date: June 2024 ASAP

    Locations: Onsite in office VA, NY or WA

    Tasked with coordinating and finalizing projects/programs, this individual will supervise all project/program aspects, establish deadlines, delegate tasks, and oversee and summarize project/program progress. They will generate reports for senior management on project/program status. This position may mandate a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of field experience or a related area. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various industry concepts, practices, and procedures. They will rely on broad experience and judgment to strategize and achieve objectives, performing a range of duties, leading and guiding others' work. Substantial creativity and autonomy are anticipated. Typically reports to a unit/department manager or head.

    Experience in driving successful social and influencer initiatives, along with a proven history of strategic planning and delivering measurable outcomes.

    Supervise creative brainstorming and campaign scheduling to execute cutting-edge, top-tier influencer projects. Manage agencies and supervise campaign scheduling and measurement.

    Responsibilities

    • Set project timeline
    • Monitor project deliverables
    • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
    • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
    • Influencer Marketing Manager role
    • Supporting Amazon IoT devices, (Alexa, Ring, etc.)
    • Working with creative briefs
    • Reviewing creative concepts, approving final content
    • Setup event strategy, communication with influencers around devices
    • Helping with logistics, collaborating with vendors for events
    • Team is pretty dispersed, mostly Chime calls/ Collaborative team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • At least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
    • Familiar with various industry concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
    • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
