    Role Summary:

    As a Data Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our critical infrastructure. You will work directly with the Operations Director , overseeing all routine and preventive maintenance activities, establishing and training a team of technicians, and leveraging your expertise to ensure our equipment operates at peak efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Assist the Director of Operations in managing all aspects of operations, including personnel, equipment, and infrastructure

    · Compile daily operational reports for different mining sites to track their daily operational status.

    · Maintain communication with hosted clients and promptly address their daily needs

    · Mentor, train, and develop technicians and specialists so that they can support daily operations with minimal supervision

    · Effectively identify and resolve time sensitive issues under pressure

    · Create, manage, and execute on preventative maintenance plans for data center equipment

    · Promote safety, security and compliance in all aspects of data center operations

    · Manage and facilitate the procurement and inventory control of all data center assets and equipment

    · Manage various sites throughout Texas

    · And other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    · 5+ years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment

    · Background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred

    · Strong leadership qualities and hands on technical experience

    · Understanding of office programs and computer hardware

    · Experience with commercial mechanical and electrical systems

    · Experience with IT related infrastructure maintenance is desired, but can be acquired

    · Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

    · Ability to work with minimal supervision

    · Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask

    · Must pass a DMV check

    · Mandarin preferred
