Job DescriptionSummit Employment is currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive in Olathe/Overland Park, Kansas area for a document technology business products. We are looking for a candidate with a strong telesales background and a drive to succeed.
The products we sell and service are listed below:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities by completing outbound calls and setting appointments for one of our experienced sales reps. Each Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment quotas to drive company sales revenue.
• Achieve all performance-based quotas as defined by leadership.
• Successfully set new appointments at or above plan.
• Understand and overcome customer objections in an ever-changing competitive landscape.
• Properly document all activity via company CRM tool.
• Attend all department and team meetings, syncs and 1-1's.
• Retain and adhere to all company processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
ABOUT YOU:
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Quick adaptability to varying personality types.
• Solid experience in opportunity qualification, call control and time management.
• Strong phone, written and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
• Strong understanding of lead flow process in both short and long cycles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Hours: Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: In office in Olathe, KS
