    Insight Global's Construction Client is seeking a Sales & Operational Executive to join their team.

    This candidate will have past experience working with key suppliers, subcontractors, end-users, design teams, and potential customers within the construction industry.

    The ideal candidate will utilize their past contacts and relationships to bring in new opportunities, build projects and sales initiatives from scratch, and handle the high-level operations of the projects they bring in.

    They will become the subject matter expert on all service offerings and sell the clients construction services to their current connections while actively finding new prospects within the market.

    As this candidate successfully wins sales, they are expected to be the Operational Executive running the projects they bring in.

    This person will be a self-starter who can grow the Mission Critical division and be an advocate for the company's growth as a whole.

    The opportunity for growth is limitless in this role This person will be comfortable with traveling 25% of the time to maintain current connections within the industry from their prior roles and continue to build upon their list of prospects.

    Previous experience in sales, construction operations, project management, superintendent or relevant roles. People person with a passion for sales and business relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, end-users, design teams, and potential customers within the construction industry space. Become a subject matter expert on Nabholz service offerings. Sell Nabholz services to current connections while actively finding new prospects within the market. Grow within the Mission Critical division of Nabholz and be an advocate for the company's growth as a whole.

    Run ongoing projects as the Operational Executive Travel 25% of the time to build relationships and maintain current connections within the industry from prior roles.

    Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Bring clients from past jobs with you for growing and maintaining relationships in the role. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills.
