    Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensures exceptional guest satisfaction by embodying a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and leading by example
    • Utilizes strong leadership skills to motivate team members for effective cost and labor management
    • Conducts regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and liquor laws
    • Maintains accurate paperwork including sales reports, cash forms, and payroll records

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience
    • Extensive knowledge of front of house operations and financial management
    • Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    • Demonstrates stable work history and a strong work ethic
