What will you be doing:
The Specialist Cross Reference role is a mid-level position in the sourcing / ITS organization of Premier where the individual is provided a support system to grow in the role on an individual and team basis.
This position participates and contributes to performance improvement initiatives and special projects, is focused on leadership and development and is exposed to various experimental activities that will broaden the individual's experience and perspective.
The Specialist Cross Reference role assists the various service lines in developing cross references for assigned categories.The individual will work closely with sourcing and suppliers to identify specific product attributes to classify products with other like products for low to medium complexity categories.
