    Description
    Client Marketing
    The role of Client Marketing involves strategically executing campaigns and marketing initiatives to attract, develop, and retain clients. Through various methods such as client segmentation, marketing automation, and digital strategies, this position focuses on delivering high-quality leads to the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties
    • Executes Go-To-Market strategy, develops campaigns, and implements deliverables.
    • Builds strong relationships and collaborates with the sales team and business partners.
    • Contributes to audience segmentation journey mapping by identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Leads campaign planning and execution in collaboration with Sales and marketing departments.
    • Manages departmental KPIs aligned with business objectives.
    • Provides tailored marketing support in coordination with other marketing areas.
    Educational Requirements
    • University Degree Preferred
    Work Experience
    • Minimum 5 years; Preferred 7+ years

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years marketing experience in financial services, specifically retirement services

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 7+ years marketing experience in financial services, particularly retirement services
    • Experience in B2B Lifecycle and Always On marketing campaigns
    • Experience with Plan Sponsors and Consultants
    • Ability to foster cross-functional relationships
    • Demonstrated analytical mindset and innovative thinking

    Anticipated Posting End Date:

    Base Pay Range: $99,400/yr. - $160,000/yr.

    Actual salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, internal peers' salaries, performance, business sector, and location. Additionally, the compensation package may include incentives tied to performance.
