- BA/BS degree in fields like Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or facility services project management.
- Professional designations like CEM, PE, LEED, or CPM are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SharePoint and CRM.
- Understanding of complex project development phases and construction management.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting technical information.
