    We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead planning and development for major clients, taking on a pivotal role in delivering technical, contractual, and financial solutions for energy infrastructure projects.

    Your Skills and Strengths:

    Project Management

    • Be the key driver in creating and delivering top-notch solutions to clients.
    • Collaborate with clients and experts to provide high-value technical solutions.
    • Manage all project activities during development phases effectively.
    • Ensure smooth transitions between project phases within the organization.
    • Achieve project goals including scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
    • Lead project transitions from development to implementation and beyond.
    • Handle customer contracts and minimize organizational risks.
    • Resolve customer service issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Oversee project financials and reporting.
    • Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

    Communication

    • Effectively lead project teams towards common objectives.
    • Provide regular project health updates to management.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
    • Inform customers about new offerings and enhancements.
    • Deliver presentations to various audiences.
    • Report project financial status to stakeholders.

    Business Development

    • Establish and maintain client relationships at different levels.
    • Define project strategies, goals, and objectives.
    • Collaborate on business and sales strategies to expand customer relationships.
    • Support sales staff with technical solutions and proposals.
    • Engage with industry stakeholders to mitigate risks.

    Team Management

    • Coach and develop project team members.
    • Build and lead successful project teams.
    • Mentor project staff.
    • Manage cross-functional teams effectively.
    • Promote and embody McKinstry's culture.

    Required Qualifications for Success at McKinstry

    • BA/BS degree in fields like Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
    • At least 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or facility services project management.
    • Professional designations like CEM, PE, LEED, or CPM are a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SharePoint and CRM.
    • Understanding of complex project development phases and construction management.
    • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting technical information.

    This position offers an annual salary range of $92,500 - $136,980, with actual compensation based on expertise and experience. Bonus structures may apply along with a comprehensive benefits package depending on the role.
