    SummaryThe Programming Manager will have the opportunity to manage a team of three technical programmers and analysts that will deliver data solutions to our Food and Beverage client, FLIK.

    You will help bring best practices to the team while collaborating with the stakeholders. This position is fully remote. You will report to the Sr. Director
    • Strategy & Analytics.

    What you'll do:


    Manage dedicated team of FormBuilder and Qualtrics programmers and collaborate with FLIK stakeholders Establish project requirements, timelines, supervises execution, and delegate to the teamMaintain project management tool () to ensure timelines are complete and accurate according to current prioritizationField requests from the FLIK team and work with stakeholders to prioritize work alongside existing projects; gather requirements for new requestsManage support tickets, completing support items or delegating work to be completed; ensure support tickets are handled in a timely manner; work with FLIK stakeholders to prioritize support requests alongside existing projects.

    Review responses between Tableau, Qualtrics, and Spark (internal E15 platform) on a weekly basis; escalate inconsistencies to the Senior Director.


    What you'll bring:
