- Maintains a Deloitte visit score between 90% and 100%
- Manages labor and food cost daily

- Achieves and or exceeds top 20% chain scores in: speed of service, order accuracy, attentive & courteous, cleanliness. Measured by the Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) system.
