I just recently moved back from Cape Town South Africa I have worked at  Blues Restaurant & The Bay Hotel Cape Town, Four Seasons Boston, Sonsie Boston, I was Director of operations for Mister A's & Mille Fleurs Restarant's in San Diego. I had my own Restaurant Paradise Grillle in Delmar CA.

I have a BA in Hotel and restaurant Management from Cape Peninsula Univercity.

I have my World Sommilier Certification, Wset level 2 Wine and Spirits and Master of Whisk(e)y.
