This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will ensure a well-managed, well-maintained portfolio.

This position works from our Corporate Offices in Palm Beach Gardens and requires travel one to two days a week.

• Strong Leadership skills. The ability to formulate and build strong, qualified team members.
• Ability to create and implement budgets; Ability to fully understand financials and reporting.
• Excellent Communication (written/verbal) skills. Ability to build sound relationships with Owners, Vendors and satisfy the needs and concerns of residents and staff alike.
• Monitor property operations, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, administration, and policy and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Proven track record managing units in the Multifamily Housing Industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software
• Problem solving, including the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions.

• The ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives.

• Collage Degree
• MUST have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in multisite property management industry with 2500 +units.
• MUST have prior experience with low income and marketrate communities
• MUST have experience with all aspects of asset management, finance, operations, leasing and marketing
• Will need to be able to work remotely after hours and on weekends, as needed.
