    Position Overview:
    The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the operations of a Dairy food manufacturing plant.

    This position requires the ability to successfully manage production, inventory, warehouse, and customer service functions while maintaining safety and quality standards.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and direct the daily operations of the plant, including production, inventory, warehouse, and customer service functions.
    Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
    Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    Prepare and manage operating budgets.
    Monitor production and sales goals and report results to upper management.
    Ensure all employees are compliant with safety and health regulations.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Operations, Food Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in the food manufacturing or related industry.
    Previous experience as a Plant Director or Director of Operations.
    Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and methodology.
    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
