    Description

    TITLE: Capabilities Development Specialist CLEARANCE: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. LOCATION: Mark Center - Alexandria, VA Required Skills and Relevant Experience:

    + Minimum 3 years of experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and/or policy (DOTMLPF-P) analysis.

    + Experience with research and development of new requirements.

    + Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information.

    Required Education and Certification:

    + Bachelors degree from an accredited university in any field of study

    Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:

    + Preferred certificate, degree or higher-level education to be in Business, Finance, Accounting,

    + Information Technology or Engineering discipline.

    + Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the

    + Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, Combatant Commands, DARPA, ONR, DoS etc.)

    + (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level); and,

    + Knowledge or experience with an OIE related field
