- Manage all client and vendor accounts to ensure effective communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
- Handle administrative tasks such as file maintenance, answering the telephone, shipping packages/notices, and ordering inventory
- Organize meetings and maintain calendar of appointment on a shared Google calendar
- Create materials according to needs (client forms, handouts, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, etc.
- Assist with providing insight on new trends and Marketing approach for Executive Team
- Maintain and create posts for Social Media Accounts
- Handle other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Fashion Design, Real Estate, or Travel experience a plus
- English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate
- Must have excellent customer and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to successfully multi-task and collaborate with others
