    Job Description:
    This person will support as a marketing project manager for Windows 365.

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support marketing initiatives and communications.

    The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of project management, takes initiative, has a knack for cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and is driven to ensure the seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

    Looking for someone with 5-7 Years of experience.


    • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or deviations.
    • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables, to ensure effective execution of go-to-market initiatives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, encouraging collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
    • Regularly provide project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and seeking feedback as needed.
    • Support team communication by leading results-oriented messaging and developing standardized templates for slides, documents, and emails to ensure consistency.
    Required Skills -• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an integrated marketing, go-to-market, or product launch capacity.


    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Previous MSFT Experience is not required but a HUGE PLUS
    • Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who will use insights to formulate positive outcomes.
    • Commercial subscription roles in the past (Google/Apple/Meta/Amazon) Nice to have
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
    • Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
    All the required Skills
    1. 5-7 years of Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an integrated marketing, go-to-market, or product launch capacity.
    2. 5-7 Years of experience MSFT365 Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint/PowerBI)
    3. 5-7 Years of Experience Somone who has experience putting together templates and has great writing skills and dashboards and Powerpoint Decks
