    Description

    CACI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Service Delivery Manager to be part of our team in Arlington, VA.

    This role involves assisting customers in defining their ServiceNow strategy and guiding the delivery team to achieve desired outcomes across various ServiceNow modules.

    The ideal candidate should possess the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations, and provide leadership and guidance to the delivery resources.

    This is a dynamic position requiring a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem.

    About the Role:

    • Provide effective leadership to a team focused on exceeding service commitments to federal customers
    • Oversee onboarding, management, and service delivery
    • Engage with customers to gather needs, design solutions, and ensure outstanding customer experiences
    • Maintain communication with leadership on critical issues
    • Monitor and develop ServiceNow staff performance
    • Represent the organization in external engagements
    • Assist in managing pricing strategy and policy
    • Contribute to the long-term strategy for ServiceNow Services
    • Cultivate relationships with government clients and industry partners
    • Engage in workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
    • Demonstrate expertise in designing ServiceNow solutions
    • Drive process optimization and efficiencies
    • Mentor less experienced colleagues
    • Contribute to leading practices and thought leadership related to ServiceNow

    Required Qualifications:

    • Ability to attain DHS EOD clearance
    • 5+ years of industry and project experience with ServiceNow Leadership
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture
    • Experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow integrations and security
    • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage platform teams and stakeholders
    • Project management experience following Agile methodology
    • Experience in creating and maintaining product/technology roadmaps for ServiceNow
    • Experience leading ServiceNow engagements through design, development, and operations

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Agile or Scrum Master certification
    • Experience in Federal government projects
    • Experience in dynamic work environments

    Pay Range:
    The proposed salary range for this position is: $119,800 - $263,600
