    Base Pay Midpoint:
    $106,306

    medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, AD&D, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k), casual time off, and 11 paid holidays

    The Insurance Training and QA Manager at Covered Insurance Solutions will lead a team of Insurance Trainers and Quality Assurance Specialists toward achieving and exceeding goals.

    This individual will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to formulate and deliver training strategy. They will also oversee our Quality Assurance and Compliance within the Agency.
    Position Responsibilities

    Manage training and development of the Covered Insurance Agency to ensure optimal training to realize desired sales and service objectives, including developing/updating curriculum as needed

    Lead functions within Agency Training and QA Team, including interviewing and hiring personnel, team member training and performance evaluations, coordinating schedules, etc.

    Work closely with the Sales and Service Team to plan the training calendar, while ensuring trainer coverage as per planned calendar, training needs, and/or pop-up topics
    Ensure the proper selling/servicing behaviors, ethics, and practices are embedded through the training imparted in line with company standards and regulations
    Communicate with Management, Trainers, and Team members to ensure that all needs are met
    Evolve Covered's Quality Assurance Program for our Insurance Advisors and Customer Service Representatives to ensure we are monitoring our adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures
    Monitor QA and training program effectiveness, review existing QA and training programs, and suggest enhancements to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of the organization and industry
    Ensure training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
    Manage the performance of quality assurance reviews on Sales and Service interactions
    Assist in meeting and exceeding department goals as assigned
    Complete other duties and projects as assigned
    Experience and Education

    Must possess an active property and casualty license
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    10+ years' experience in the Insurance Industry (agency experience preferred)
    5+ years' experience as an Insurance Training Manager
    2+ years experience managing people in a Call Center or Virtual working environment
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Excellent interpersonal skills with a "can-do" attitude
    Strong working knowledge of computers and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
    Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a Team.
    An appreciation for a transparent, open and honest working environment
    Must value accountability and dedication to producing an excellent end result
    Values the importance of representing and protecting the company's cultural DNA

    Opportunistic travel as may be required
