With over 50 employees now and continuing to expand, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper/ Accountant to join our team and lead our financial operations.
Job Summary:
The Full Charge Bookkeeper/ Accounting Manger will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by overseeing accounting processes, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in QuickBooks and ADP payroll systems, have a strong background in accounting principles, and have experience with intricate commission structures.
This role requires on-site/hybrid presence in our Dallas office.Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
Payroll Administration:
Manage ADP payroll system to process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Implement and oversee complex commission calculations for the sales team.
Address payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with the HR department.
Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Commission Calculations:
Implement and maintain intricate commission structures for the sales team.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate and transparent commission reporting.
Regularly audit commission calculations to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Reporting and Compliance:
Generate and analyze financial reports, with a specific focus on commission-related metrics.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, especially those related to commission payouts.
Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
System Integration:
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes.
Implement and optimize accounting software tools to accommodate complex commission calculations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, human resources, and sales.
Provide training and support to team members on financial processes, commission calculations, and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus. CPA certification is a plus.
This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a
Bookkeeper/Accountant
for a rapidly growing company.
Proven experience as an diligent accountant, preferably in a rapidly growing company.
In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP payroll systems is required.
Experience in administering complex commission structures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hebrew language skills are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
