    Job Title: Marketing Event Coordinator

    Location: Portland, OR or Westminster, CO / Hybrid (Tuesdays Thursdays Onsite)

    Employment Type: 7+ Month W2 Contract (no C2C or sponsorship available)

    Job Description: Talent Groups seeks a Marketing Event Coordinator to join an enterprise software organization. We require someone skilled in coordinating events, including regional and national trade shows and conferences, as well as smaller events, roadshows, and activities in both locations. The ideal candidate should excel in:

    • Event planning and coordination
    • Detail orientation
    • Managing multiple priorities concurrently
    • Working with external vendors or agencies
    • Budget management
    • Organizing customer events, roadshows, and trade show logistics, including booth management
    • Budget management and ROI tracking for events
    • Coordinating with external vendors, with a preference for experience in larger booth builds
    • Approximately 25% travel, varying in duration (typically 2 to 5 days per trip)
