- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
- Process and organize customer paperwork
- Keep reception area clean and presentable
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common computer programs
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work full-time, including Saturdays as needed

Gerry Lane Buick, a leading automotive dealership in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is seeking a competent and customer-service oriented Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will greet and assist customers, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
This is a full-time, hourly administrative role perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
