    Position Overview:

    The role of the Inside Sales Manager is to lead and inspire a dynamic team of inside sales specialists to grow sales. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving results through the inside sales team's activity with the wholesale customers. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales process, from setting goals and developing strategies to coaching team members and optimizing performance through accountability and analysis. Operating within a B2B sales framework, the Inside Sales Manager is tasked with the goal of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets by leading and motivating the inside sales team to connect with customers consistently through relationship-based inside sales methods. Crucially, the Inside Sales Manager should possess strong leadership and team building skills to collaborate effectively with product development, marketing, customer service, operations, and management teams to address the inside sales specialists' needs and align with company business goals.

    • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of inside sales specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster continuous improvement.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting. Monitor key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, connection rates, and sales cycle length, and take proactive measures to optimize performance.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Assist team to cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospects to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and effectively communicate value propositions.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide insights and feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.
    • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to evaluate individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs. Identify areas for improvement, hold team members accountable, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Training and Development: Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales management and leverage insights to drive continuous learning and development.
    • Technology Utilization: Leverage sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other technology solutions to streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and improve sales effectiveness.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.

    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
