We are currently seeking qualified professionals (m/f/d) to join our dedicated team at the Therapeuticum Raphaelhaus e.
V. in Stuttgart, Montara, CA. This position is available immediately and can be either part-time or full-time.

As a partner, you will accompany individuals with assistance needs in their personal biographies and work towards achieving their life goals in the spirit of inclusion. You will support their daily routines, organize activities in the workshop building or on the residential unit, and assist with nursing care as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic, social, and nursing care and support to residents in accordance with our mission statement
Organize daily routines in the residential unit
Foster a harmonious living environment in the group home
Perform basic and medical care tasks
Plan and implement leisure activities
Maintain resident documentation
Supervise supporting staff such as volunteers, interns, and trainees
Mentor apprentices
Organize necessary equipment and supplies
Collaborate with family members, doctors, therapists, etc.
