Dr. Dienst & Partner located in
Leavenworth, IN, are looking for a dedicated addition to our team.

Together with our team of over 30 employees, we offer comprehensive and qualified services to our clients with various legal forms in the region.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) Payroll and Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

What You Will Learn With Us:

You will be responsible for creating payroll and accounting records for clients from various industries
You will maintain personnel and payroll master data and handle correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and professional associations
You will handle reporting and certification processes
You will assist with external tax and social security audits

What We Value:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in payroll and accounting or a comparable qualification
You are either at the beginning of your career or have professional experience
WE HAVE A PLACE FOR BOTH
You have knowledge in the areas of income tax, social security, and labor law
You have experience with DATEV and MS Office
You are characterized by a serviceoriented, independent, and conscientious work style
You enjoy working in a team and have a friendly demeanor
