Employee (m/f/d) for Mail Processing

Location:
Tauberbischofsheim


Your tasks will include:


  • You will process incoming mail and distribute internal mail in all facilities
  • You will also print papers from SAP
  • You will sort and prepare printed papers and deliver them to the recipient address
  • In addition, you will be responsible for enveloping and franking outgoing mail
  • You will sort business transactions according to document classes and scan them
  • You will also order and manage office supplies, work clothing, and shoes and distribute them

Your qualifications:


  • A completed commercial apprenticeship is advantageous
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is desirable
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Your work style is characterized by accuracy, conscientiousness, diligence, independence, and responsibility
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and a high level of initiative round off your profile
