Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

Development of complex NC programs for machining workpieces with spatially heavy geometries

Determination and optimization of machining processes using 3D programs

Programming of production processes, taking into account design and manufacturing considerations

Testing and correction of programs on CNC machining machines

Creation of work documents such as clamping drawings, tool lists, etc.

Optimization of programs, processes, and planning time determination

Standardization of workpieces and machining processes

Instruction and support of machine operators

Implementation of rationalization projects


Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering or similar qualification

Alternatively:
Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) with qualified further training as a technician (m/f/d) or industrial master (m/f/d)

Several years of experience in NC programming

Experience with robots, HVOF, and shot-peening advantageous

Analytical and structured way of working

Team and cooperation skills

Good knowledge of MS Office programs
