    What Will You Do as a Customer Service Associate?

    • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service and sales support
    • Provide information about products and services
    • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
    • Prepare presentations to promote new products and special deals
    • Teach and train
    • Learn Micro and macro-management skills
    • Basic administration and compliance
    • Work alongside fellow Customer Service Associates
