- Assist with the management of budgets and billing between client and partner agencies
- Create, maintain, and distribute partner agency billing schedules and tracker
- Work closely with agencies on client budget updates and ensure changes are accurately reflected in corporate financial system
- Assist partner agencies with invoicing issues
- Assist leadership with the management of billing timelines to meet client contractual obligations
- Provide billing schedules to partner agencies monthly to secure approval prior to issuing client invoices
- Review and approve client invoices once submitted
- Review AP/AR/WIP Reports weekly and address any issues
- Collaborate with the other Finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
- Assist with Client SOW management - milestone billing
- BS in Business, Finance required.
- Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail.
- Experience Microsoft AX a plus.
- Prior advertising agency experience is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
