A great UHY client is seeking a

Senior Financial Analyst

to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sarbanes Oxley, strong Excel skills, and Microsoft AX experience.

The Senior Financial Analyst role is a hybrid position, with 3 days each week being in office. This is a client direct hire position.


Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of budgets and billing between client and partner agencies
Create, maintain, and distribute partner agency billing schedules and tracker
Work closely with agencies on client budget updates and ensure changes are accurately reflected in corporate financial system
Assist partner agencies with invoicing issues
Assist leadership with the management of billing timelines to meet client contractual obligations
Provide billing schedules to partner agencies monthly to secure approval prior to issuing client invoices
Review and approve client invoices once submitted
Review AP/AR/WIP Reports weekly and address any issues
Collaborate with the other Finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
Assist with Client SOW management - milestone billing

Senior Financial Analyst Job Qualifications:
BS in Business, Finance required.
Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong communications skills and attention to detail.
Experience Microsoft AX a plus.
Prior advertising agency experience is a plus
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
