    What you'll be doing:


    The Financial Analyst responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

    As a finance leader, the successful candidate will also be responsible for providing department heads with financial guidance and assist with the monthly close processes.

    Review and Analyze financials statements on a monthly or as needed basis and identify trends against budget and previous years.

    Create and update financial models for warehouse inventory management.
    Track, analyze and provide insights on aged inventory.
    Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting as needed.
    Collaborate with operations, sales, planning, logistics and other teams to gather necessary information for analysis and understand business operations.
    Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to optimize reports and enhance dashboards that will be useful to operations teams.
    Create and update dashboards with KPIs for different business units.
    Perform Ad Hoc analysis as requested by business partners.

    What we look for:
    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.

    Minimum of 2 to 5 years professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or related field performing financial planning, analysis, month end close duties, and modeling functions.


    Analytical Skills:
    Strong Analytical skills and ability to present and communicate findings from analysis to decision makers.

    Microsoft and Google suite advanced skills: Data driven and able to gather, combine and work with large and complex data sets in Excel and Google sheets to provide concise reports and analysis.


    Data visualization:
    ability to visualize data for easy story telling.

    Time management:
    Effectively manage time to meet deadlines, especially during month end close, budgeting and forecasting period.

    Problem solving:
    Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.

    Process Improvement:
    Identify areas of improvement for operational efficiency.

    Communication:
    Frequent communication and collaboration with different departments to drive operational results.

    BI:
    Working knowledge of Business intelligence, Tableau or similar.
