    Description
    • Responsible for the management of the Quality Assurance Department, including engineers, technicians, auditors, and document control employees engaged in support of the manufacture of silicon wafers.
    • Establishes staffing requirements and quality systems of the selection, qualification, and correlation of measurement equipment and measurement process supported by the use of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
    • Oversees and leads efforts in quality systems to include document control, quality assurance, Quality Management System, corrective action system, customer complaints, supplier deficiencies, internal audit deficiencies, and internal rejections.
    • Responsible for strategic quality planning.
    • Manages the incoming quality assurance and final quality assurance functions.
    • Responsible for quality budgets with responsibility and budgetary control.
    • Develops, trains, and reviews the performance of direct reports.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years experience or equivalent education and/or experience
    • Ability to direct and manage others
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in IATF certification preferred
