Clover Leaf is looking for an experienced Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction Manager to join our growing team
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and individually

Job Responsibilities This position manages construction project execution as a contractor for Sandia National Lab in Albuquerque, NM and is responsible for establishing and managing the activities for assigned Construction scopes, workforce, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and timely completion.

Responsible for overall delivery of facility construction work within the policies and expectations of the company in compliance with the requirements of the company and contract

Assures facility construction work is performed in compliance with the approved work packages, designs, procedures, and contract requirements.

Applies assessment and investigative skills to the evaluation of activities and related documentation for compliance with applicable work processes, project documents and contract requirements

Performs assigned work scope, including scheduling work, tracking and documenting work, determining performance objectives, coordinating with Field Engineering and planning to assure construction work is scheduled and available
Assure material is managed and installed in accordance with requirements, work packages and designs.

Interact with, and monitor, subcontractors to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications, safety, security, quality requirements, schedule and cost

Assure subcontractor activities are controlled within Plant operational requirements, coordinate and report interactions to maintain the integrity of the Plant Mission and Clover Leaf values.

Review subcontractor submittals (drawings, data sheets, test plans, etc.)

Verify, conduct and/or witness acceptance tests
Provide constructability input to the Project design group
Perform inspections and assist in the preparation of cost forecasts, construction schedules, specifications, and drawings
Oversee and report activities and performance of subcontractor on daily basis
Specific Job Knowledge & Training Required

Must have demonstrated experience assigning, supervising and motivating a skilled construction workforce in a construction environment; including full understanding of compliance with regulations and construction union agreements.
This position requires a demonstrated ability to plan, procure, coordinate, and direct construction activities and personnel to meet plant objectives in compliance with all requirements; full knowledge and complete understanding and application of construction management and industry practices.
Position requires ability to integrate with other plant entities/personnel to deliver the successful completion of projects; ability to gather and interpret data for the purpose of supporting projects; ability to understand and effectively communicate issues associated with construction and Plant operations; ability to analyze a variety of complex problems and develop and recommend solutions associated with construction as it relates to the project.
Ability to present information clearly and effectively through oral and written communications

Position requires ability to supervise and lead construction trades personnel within the expectations, policies and One Vision of the company and the requirements of the subcontracting agreements
Education & Relevant Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
