    Program Manager

    Purpose:
    Continental Tide has an immediate need for a

    ProgramManager

    who will be a key support to Senior Leadershipand Operations. The location of this position is in Philadelphia, PA.

    Job Description:
    Continental Tide is actively seeking an experienced ProgramManager

    provide technical and programmatic support toContinental Tide's extensive Hull, Mechanical and Electrical(HM&E) contract base.

    The successful candidate will beresponsible for management of Continental Tide HM&EContracts and Task Orders out of the Naval Surface WarfareCenter Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).


    This pivotal rolewill require a seasoned professional who can spearhead variousaspects of our projects, from driving business development tomanaging client relationships and overseeing the seamlessexecution of ship Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) orelectronic system initiatives.

    As the successful candidate, youwill play a key role in shaping the direction of our programs,ensuring their success, and upholding Continental Tide'scommitment to delivering excellence in the maritime industry.

    Experience and Skills



    Qualifications:

    Must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.

    Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of a proven track record ofsuccess in business development and client management within thedefense industry, particularly in ship Hull, Mechanical &Electrical (HM&E) or electronic system projects aboard US Navy ships.

    Familiarity with the NSWCPD organization is a plusand

    , NAVSEA Standard Items and NAVSSES 4790.2Series Installation documentation.
    Monitor compliance with company Quality and SafetyManagement Systems, Workmanship standards and Customer requirements.

    .
    The ability to develop detailed proposal responses (IDIQ /Seaport-e) is a must.
    Ability to read and interpret NAVSEA Standard Items and ship specifications.
    Experience leading and managing complex programs and projects,including experience with contract management and compliance.
    Drive business development and manage client relationships.
    Oversee and direct program and project initiatives.
    Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and allocateappropriate resources.
    A strong understanding of the defense acquisition process andfamiliarity with relevant regulations and standards
    Develop proposal responses, project estimates, and preparestatus reports.
    Lead and direct the work of employees assigned to projects.
    Collaborate with Continental Tide Senior Management andDepartment heads on strategic initiatives and identification ofgrowth opportunities.
    Perform duties outside of specialty to complete work assignments.
    Undertake other tasking/initiatives in a wide range ofdisciplines as directed.
    Developing and implementing strategies to expand the businessline and increase market share.
    Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with keyclients and stakeholders
    Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successfuldelivery of projects on time and within budget.
    Knowledge of shipbuilding and marine engineering principlesand practices.

    Qualifications:

    Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and/or a degreein engineering, business administration, or a related field.

    Security Requirements:


    Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD securityclearance to access military facilities, naval shipyards, privateshipyards, and Naval installations.

    Due to export control regulations, this role is open to U.S.citizens only.

    Travel Requirements:
    Occasional Travel- up t0 10% within and outside of thecontinental United States.

    If a position requires travel by domestic flight or access tosecure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be ableto obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriateidentification credentials, such as REAL ID.
