    Description

    Summary: A person in this role will be in charge of managing the clinical programs and operations of a 30-bed residential treatment unit for young people.

    • Administers and oversees the operation of the youth population and facility operations.
    • Supervises staff providing assessment services and program development.
    • Provides clinical input and guidance in treatment plan implementation.
    • Determines placement, referrals, and aftercare for youths based on team input.
    • Collaborates with management on program plans for youth and families.
    • Prepares reports on youth progress and facility activities.
    • Provides guidance on normative culture to staff.

    Requirements:
    Applicants should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral or Social Science or related field.
    • Three years experience in health or human services field.
    • Six months experience in staff supervision.
    • Knowledge of health or human services program administration.
    • Experience in policy development.
