    Description

    Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated entry-level position to prepare you for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role in 18-24 months. With a promote-from-within philosophy, this program offers progression into positions such as Field Technician or Floorcovering Operations Manager upon completion of the initial 8-to-12-week training. Sherwin Williams Floorcovering serves professional clients nationwide, providing diverse growth opportunities and career flexibility.


    This position entails a typical 44-hour workweek, which may include evenings and weekends. Candidates who successfully finish the program will be placed in either a Floorcovering Facility Operations Manager or Floorcovering Field Technician role in either North Carolina or South Carolina.


    Throughout the program, you will work closely with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee business operations, gaining essential skills in facility operations, product knowledge, installation techniques, and customer service. You will contribute to expanding the company's market share by selling floorcovering materials to commercial consumers, such as property management companies and renovation contractors.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Minimum age of 18
      • Legal authorization to work without the need for sponsorship
      • Valid Driver's License
      • Bachelor's degree required
      • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
      • Internal candidates must meet performance and training criteria

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
      • Previous leadership experience
      • Team-oriented background
      • Prior floorcovering sales experience
      • Proficiency in timekeeping and CRM systems
      • Willingness to relocate
      • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish
