- Draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Organize and maintain contract documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
- Coordinate the contract approval process, including obtaining necessary approvals and signatures from stakeholders.
- Monitor contract milestones and deadlines, proactively identifying any issues or potential risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, as directed by senior management or legal counsel.
- Prepare contract summaries and reports to provide insights into contract status, performance, and trends.
- Continuously improve contract management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of contract principles, legal terminology, and contract management best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and thoroughness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

We are currently looking for a Contract Specialist to join our team.
Essential Functions:
For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this type of position is $70,000-$105,000 USD. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity, and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
