Job DescriptionTitle: Order Management Representative
Location: North Sioux City, SD
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Job Description: Order Management Reps interact with distributors, manufactures, and directly with our customers, working closely with the customer success managers to ensure that our customer satisfaction levels are consistently world class. It is the responsibility of the Order Management Reps to communicate with customers pre-and post-delivery of products and or services to inquire accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the order and the overall satisfaction of our customers. The Order Management Reps will identify any issues or problems with sales orders, and will work closely with Account Managers, Purchasing, Customer Success, and Accounting to rectify those issues or problems in the best interest of the customer and Sterling.
Required Technical Skills: The Order Management Reps should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Salesforce or similar CRM.
Required Education/Experience: The Order Management Reps should some experience in customer service.
