    The Office and Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment and facilities.

    This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage various tasks, from coordinating office maintenance to overseeing vendor relationships.

    The Office and Facilities Manager will play a crucial role in creating a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace for our employees.


    Essential Job Functions :


    Own relationship with various external vendors and coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
    Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
    Manage the procurement and inventory control of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
    Plan and execute office space allocation and seating arrangements to accommodate the needs of various departments and teams.
    Manage office security systems, access controls, and emergency preparedness protocols.
    Conduct regular inspections of the office space to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.
    Monitor and manage office-related budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
    Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
    Supervise all office operations, including but not limited to office maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
    Oversee office operations and facilities staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
    Partner up with cross function teams in planning and execution of office events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
    Act as the main liaison for employees, addressing their office-related inquiries, requests, and concerns.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
    5-10 years of experience in office management, facilities management, or related roles.
    Strong knowledge of office operations, facilities maintenance, OSHA, and health and safety regulations.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
    Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Fluent in Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required.
    This role will support a gaming studio, any experience with supporting gaming studio is preferred but not required.
