    Description

    System One has partnered with a Tulsa based company that is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the company's HR team as a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
    • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases
    • Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions
    • Process and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off requests
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HR policies and procedures
    Qualifications:
    • 1-3years of experience in HR or administrative role
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Nuance PDF, and MS Calendar modules
    On site M-F 8-5
