About this Role:
Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for general administrative duties, analyzing revenue reports, and working as part of a team.
The pay range for this non-exempt position is $31-35/hour, depending on experience.
What You'll Do:
Provides updated data for customers' equipment records.
Pulling daily downloads and processing completed work.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Assist with managing project costs to stay within the forecasted budget range.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Printing maps.
Calling or emailing for locates.
Invoicing customers for all maintenance work.
Time and Expense sheets for hourly billing for Potelco crews.
Daily assist calls from crews that are in the field with locations by using Tensing, Esti and Google maps.
Payroll and assisting crews with unit questions for time sheets.
Administrative functions and other tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or relevant experience
Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP experience.
An Excel Wizard
Mapping experience.
