This is what it's all about: You will primarily work in the field of network operations and carry out switching operations in the medium and low voltage (MV/LV) as well as street lighting (SL) areas.

You will inspect overhead and cable networks in the MV/LV/SL, document them in our network database, create maintenance orders if necessary, and coordinate and accompany network construction measures.

By participating in regular on-call duty and resolving any disruptions in the MV/LV/SL overhead and cable network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational safety of the power supply.

You will also support our partner companies in implementing projects and settle them through the SAP cost estimate system.

As a contact person for our customers, you will answer questions about the network and accept connection and modification orders; you will also handle complaints confidently and in a solution-oriented manner.


This is what we are looking for:

You have completed a (electro-)technical training or are an electrical specialist in accordance with DIN VDE 0100 or 0105, or are willing to further qualify yourself accordingly; ideally, you also have knowledge of MV/LV/SL network construction and operation.

You also understand what motivates our customers and find it easy to adapt to different conversation partners. You are familiar with MS Office programs and ideally have experience with SAP.
