In the Infrastructure Services division of NOW IT GmbH, we are looking for an IT administrator in the control center (m/f/d) for our Hamburg location. The position is available immediately.

Your tasks


The job is performed in shifts with on-call duty. The IT Operation Center (ITOC) is located at our Hamburg location. The main focus of the job includes the following tasks:

IT event management:

  • Collaboration in the IT Operation Center of NOW IT GmbH
  • Central service monitoring of key operating services and corresponding event processing in a control center in shift operation
  • Central infrastructure monitoring with corresponding event processing
  • Creation of documentation

IT facility management:

  • Support of the infrastructure, operating processes and maintenance processes of the central data centers and decentralized computer rooms in terms of access, climate, floor space, and energy supply at NOW IT GmbH
  • Use and maintenance of a data center management tool
  • Coordination of different technical departments
  • Liaison between NOW IT GmbH and pension insurance providers for server room matters
