    Primary Responsibilities
    In the role of Project Support Specialist, we'll count on you to:

    Provide overall project administration and support in the evolution of projects (e.g., project set-up, contract and sub consultant scope assistance, project close-out)
    Provide broad project assistance for a highly skilled team of cross-sector professionals
    Work in an interactive environment with business and technical staff to ensure a high degree of collaboration in support of a successful overall solution
    Manage project quality, time and effort measures
    Coordinate project team events
    Facilitate project agenda and meeting documentation of action items and manage distribution of materials
    Support project management team as needed in team and client communications, budget management and other activities as assigned
    Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, including managing deliverable schedules
    Provide document production support:

    Maintain record of documents and deliverables, support deliverable production, including editing and formatting of technical reports, review written text for typographical consistency, grammar and spelling
    Support members of the Northwest regulatory team as required


    This support may include:
    Being a point of contact among HDR management and project team to meet internal reporting and workflow requirements; organize, schedule and maintain a calendar for a team or an individual, make travel and accommodation arrangements
    Perform other duties as needed
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    A minimum of 8+ years related experience
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
    Preferred Qualifications

    Knowledge of and experience supporting project teams in FERC relicensing process, documents (structure and format of study plan, report, comment/response tables) timelines, and deliverables (including file formats, file size limitations, etc.

    Experience supporting technical staff in business development activities, including coordination with marketing teams to develop scopes and budgets for proposals

    Bachelor's degree
    A minimum of 8+ years related experience
