For more than 20 years, we have been dreaming about what it would be like to bring a new concept in dining to the community where we grew up. In Italian, the word "ora" refers to the present time, translating to "hour" or "time" or "now." When guests walk into ORA, they will find the warmth of community, enhanced by the old world flavors of Italy, thoughtfully executed for the times we live in now.

We're seeking passionate team members who share our work ethic, our sense of family, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

As a server, you are directly responsible for ensuring that each guest leaves ORA with a positive, lasting memory of their time with us. You will accomplish this by forming a relationship of trust and care with each guest, and crafting an experience that anticipates and exceeds the expecations of our guests. As a member of the service team you will create a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values internally with all colleagues.

Responsibilities Include...

Learning, and maintaining knowledge of all product offerings with a deep understanding of all ingredients and preparations
Consistently following fine dining steps of service with urgency, authenticity and warmth
Being the voice of our guests with service team colleagues, management, and the kitchen team
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance for yourself and the restaurant
An eagerness to continue to learn and grow

The right candidate will have...

2 or more years experience as a Server in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant
English fluency. Additional languages preferred, but not required
Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficient in using POS systems
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
