• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and explain daily specials to guests
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Willingness to work in the kitchen when needed to assist with food preparation or plating
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
