    Job Description

    Our community partner in Washington, DC, is in need of seasoned case managers to provide support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the district. The role involves evaluating services across various locations in the city. This is a long-term commitment that is looking to kick off very soon.

    Duties:

    • Reviewing the quality of services within the DC service delivery system for individuals with IDD
    • Primarily field-based, involving visits to people's homes, day programs, and provider offices
    • Conducting surveys through record reviews, interviews, and observations
    • Mainly operating in DC, with some tasks in the surrounding areas of Maryland and Virginia
    • Daily travel involved, with minimal desk work conducted at home
    • Essential requirements include strong time and task management skills
    • This is a full-time role (40 hours/week)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a Human Services field)
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IDD or quality-related work, 4+ years preferred
    • Proficiency in computer skills for various tasks
    • Understanding of IDD service delivery systems
    • Strong writing and critical thinking abilities
