Admin/Sales Agent
Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales/Marketing professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will excel in promoting and selling our Agency programs to contractors and real estate brokers, as well as training our contractors and agents.
This role also involves some administrative duties to support our operations.Key Responsibilities:
Drive the promotion and sales of Construction X Agency programs to contractors and real estate brokers.
Conduct training sessions for contractors and agents on our services and processes.
Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Create and manage marketing materials and presentations using Canva.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing.
Proficiency with Canva for designing marketing materials.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with a pleasant speaking voice.
Ability to train and motivate others effectively.
Experience in real estate or as a broker is a plus.
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
