    Compensation Package

    • Outstanding performers consistently exceed $200,000 in annual earnings, comprising a base salary of $100,000 supplemented by a potential $150,000 bonus from our lucrative program.
    • We believe in recruiting individuals who reflect the success, intelligence, and thoroughness of our client base, establishing a connection that enhances sales achievements.

    Requirements

    • Our focus is on talent rather than construction background, providing in-depth training to equip individuals with the necessary technical skills.
    • Desired traits include integrity, openness to feedback, self-responsibility, emotional intelligence in interactions with team members and clients, and strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ideal candidates should have a good understanding of technology, with some sales or design background preferred, and hold a bachelor's degree.
